Andrew James Art was founded in 2005 in London and now based in their gallery space in central Shanghai.

We are an independant gallery and art consultant that offers quality art by leading Chinese contemporary artists and aim to promote the next generation of graduate artists.

Andrew has over ten years of art buying and auction house experience having worked for both Tennants and Bonhams Auctioneers in the UK.

Jing is a certified chartered accountant and is responsible for the financial aspects of the business and is bilingual in both English and Mandarin.

We aspire to build strong relationships with our customers, helping to source desirable works and building collections. If there is an artist that you would like to invest in and cannot find, or would like more information on a particular artist please contact us and we will endeavour to help. We can also bid on your behalf or conduct condition reports on paintings offered for auction in China.
